  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
